摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定不同产地枇杷叶紫珠中连翘酯苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷和独一味苷A的含量,为制订枇杷叶紫珠药材质量标准提供基础研究资料。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil RP-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸(30:70);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:334 nm。结果:11批次的测试样品中连翘酯苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷和独一味苷A的含量范围分别在6.74~7.72 mg·g^(-1)、0.64~1.15 mg·g^(-1)、0.26~0.29 mg·g^(-1)和0.11~0.19mg·g^(-1)。结论:该法操作简便、稳定、专属、可重复,可用于枇杷叶紫珠药材的质量控制。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of forsythosides B, aeteoside, isoacteoside and lamio- phlomioside A in Callicarpa konchiana Makinn. Method: The samples were separated on a Kromasil RP-CIs column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm)with methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution (30: 70) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm and the injection volume was 10 μl. Result: The contents of the 4 phenylethanoid glycosides showed significant difference a- mong the 11 batches of test samples. The content of forsythosides B, acteoside, isoacteoside and lamiophlomioside A was ranged within 6.74-7.72 mg g-L, 0.64-1.15 mg g-1 , 0.26-0.29 mg g-1 and 0.11-0.19 mg g-1 , respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, stable and repeatable, and can be applied in the quality control of Callicarpa konchiana Makino.
