枇杷叶紫珠叶挥发油化学成分的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的对枇杷叶紫珠叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枇杷叶紫珠叶中挥发油,通过GC-MS法对分离的化合物进行结构检索,应用峰面积归一化法得出各类成分的相对百分含量。结果从枇杷叶紫珠中鉴定出43种成分,占总挥发油的97.03%。结论挥发油中烯烃类及其含氧化合物占60.89%、醇类占27.81%、醛酮类占8.33%。其中相对含量大于5%的有β-石竹烯(20.87%)、4-松油醇(15.99%)和甘香烯(6.97%)为其主要成分;此外,石竹烯氧化物(4.32%)、脱氢香橙烯(4.17%)、紫罗烯(2.49%)及α-松油醇(2.14%)的含量也较高。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Callicarpa konchiana Makino in Guangdong Province.MethodsGC-MS technique was used.Results43 chemical constituents were identified,accounting for 97.03% of total content.ConclusionThe main components of the oil are β-caryophyllene(20.87%),4-terpineol(15.99%)and elixene(6.97%).Besides,caryophyllene oxide(4.32%),dehydroaromadendrene(4.17%),ionene(2.41%)and α-terpineol(2.49%)also have relatively high contents.
