豇豆萌发种子和幼苗中多胺氧化酶的分布特点 被引量:7

Distribution of polyamine oxidase activity in germinating seeds and seedlings of two cowpea cultivars( Vigna unguiculata) cultivars

摘要 分析两种豇豆 (Vignaunguiculata)萌发种子 (萌发 3d)和幼苗 (萌发 6d)的多胺氧化酶 (PAO)活性的分布特点 ,结果表明 :种子中PAO活性主要分布在胚芽 ,其次是子叶和胚轴 ,种皮和胚根中无PAO活性 ;幼苗中PAO活性主要集中在幼叶 (含顶芽 ) ,其次是子叶和上胚轴 ,下胚轴和根中检测不到PAO活性。 Distribution of polyamine oxidase(PAO,EC 1.4.3.4)activity was studied in seeds and seedlings of two cowpea cultivars ( Vigna unguiculata cv‘Jingfen No1' and ‘Tianbao No1') germinated in moistened vermiculite with a light/dark cycle of 16 hr (90 μmol cm 2 min 1 )/8 hr at 28℃. No PAO activity was detected in the seeds of either cowpea until germinated for 1.5 d, and then the PAO activity increased quickly. In both cowpea seeds at germination for 3 d, PAO activity was only detectable in the plumula, cotyledon and embryonic axe, and no PAO activity was detected in radicle and seed coat. In both cowpea seedlings at germination for 6 d, PAO activity was only detectable in the primary leaves (containing the shoot apex) , cotyledon and epicotyl, and no PAO activity could be detected in the hypocotyl and roots. The paper discussed the physiological roles of the plant PAO in above pattern of distribution.
