摘要 对君子兰(CliviaminiataReg.)、牡丹(PaeoniasuffruticosaAndr.)、令箭荷花(NopalxochiaackermanniiHaw.)等三种不同寿命的花,在盛开与衰老时的可溶性总蛋白、内源总Ca2+水平以及总CaM含量进行了对比试验。结果表明,三种花衰老时可溶性总蛋白含量均下降,但长寿花比短寿、中寿花含有更高水平的蛋白质,并且水解速率较低;三者都有较高的内源总Ca2+及CaM水平。这些提示内源Ca2+、CaM水平与花的寿命有一定的相关性。 The levels of soluble total protein, endogenous total Ca2+ and CaM content in three sorts of flowers of different longevity (Clivia miniata, Nopalxochia ackermannii and Paeonia suffruticosa) were investigated both at full bloom and senescence. The results showed that the content of total soluble protein decreased in three sorts of flowers during senescence, but there was much higher levels of protein, total endogenous Ca2+ and CaM in the long-span flowers than in the medium-span and short-span ones, meanwhile the proteolytic rate in the long-span flowers was lower than the short-span ones. These results showed that there was a definite interrelation between the levels of endogenous Ca2+-CaM and the longevities of flowers.
