维持性血液透析患者住院及死亡事件分析 被引量：17

摘要 维持性血液透析（maintenancehemodialysis，MHD）是终末期肾脏疾病患者主要的肾脏替代治疗方式。尽管透析技术及并发症治疗手段的不断改进，患者的生存质量得到改善，但患者发生住院及死亡的风险仍远远高于普通人群。本文回顾性分析四川省人民医院MHD患者住院及死亡的主要原因及相关危险因素，为血液透析持续质量改进提供依据。
