缺氧诱导因子在慢性肾脏疾病进展中的作用

摘要
全世界约10%的人群患有不同程度的慢性肾脏疾病(CKD),我国CKD的患病率也高达6.6%-13.8%。CKD的高发病率加上发展至终末期肾脏疾病(ESRD)和出现心脑血管疾病风险增加,使其成为威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。缺氧诱导因子(HIF)是一种核转录因子,可以在缺氧的状态下调节多种基因的转录,参与对缺氧的适应性调节,近年来发现其在急性肾损伤(AKI)中具有肾保护作用而引起重视。但是HIF在CKD中的作用尚存在争议,本文将对HIF的特点、调节机制及其在CKD发生发展中的作用进行综述。
