摘要
调味面制品是一类价格低廉的小食品,为了改善产品的口感且降低成本,生产者通常添加环己基胺基磺酸钠。由于调味面制品自身性状特点特殊,具有多油、有韧性、结构紧实等特点。用一般固体样品前处理的方法处理达不到有效的效果对测定样品中环己基胺基磺酸钠的含量产生较为严重的影响。针对这一问题,提出一种适用于调味面制品的前处理的方法。自制一种强氧化剂高铁酸钾。利用环己基胺基磺酸钠的还原性与高铁酸钾的氧化性,在碱性介质中和45℃条件下反应,定量的高铁酸钾与环己基胺基磺酸钠反应20min后,用分光光度法测定剩余的高铁酸钾的吸光度,由于环己基胺基磺酸钠与剩余的高铁酸钾的吸光度呈线性关系,从而可以间接测定环己基胺基磺酸钠的含量。实验证明该方法具有回收实验效果好且检测仪器比较普及等优点。
Seasoning flow products, which are small and low -price snack, could be improved tastily and lowered costly with Sodium cyclamate by producers. Because of special features of more oil, flexibility and tight structure of Seasoning flow products, processing of Seasoning flow products with common pre - treatment method canl reach useful effect, which can result in serious effect on the content measuring of sodium cyclamate of samples. For this problem, a new suitable pre - treatment method is put forward on seasoning flow products. With the reduction of sodium cyclamate and oxidation of self - made potassium ferrate, a quantity of potassium fer- rate can reacts with sodium cyclamate under the condition of 45~C and alkalinity. After their reacting for nearly 20 mi- nutes, residual potassium ferrate absorbance is measured with the method of spectrophotometric. Owning to the linear relationship between the absorbance of potassium ferratc and sodium cyclamate, the content of sodium cyclamate can be figured out indirectly. The experiment shows that the method has advantages of ideal recovery test and suitability for popular detecting in- struments.
