内毒素休克狗心脏腺苷酸环化酶的改变

摘要 本实验在高度纯化的心肌肌膜观察到,狗注射内毒素后4小时,心脏基础腺苷酸环化酶及NaF、Gpp(NH)p、isoproterenol刺激的腺苷酸环化酶活性均明显降低。并对其机制进行了讨论。 The effect of in vivo endotoxin administration on adenylate cyclase in canine ventricularsarcolemmal membrane vesicles was studied. The basal, NaF-, Gpp(NH)p-, and isoproterenol-stimulated adenylate cyclase activities were decreased by 35%, 37%, 39% and 28%, respectively. 4hafter administration of endotoxin. These results suggest that endotoxin-induced decrease in adenylatecyclase activity may be responsible for the impairment of cardiac contractility during shock.
