血糖达标与ACCORD临床研究关系的研讨 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病是以糖代谢障碍为主的常见多发代谢病,其患病率从改革开放前的1%升高到现今的9.7%,翻了近十倍。在年20岁以上几乎每十人中可有1名糖尿病,绝大多数为2型糖尿病,在老年人中几乎每五人中可有1名糖尿病。糖尿病前期即有糖调节障碍(impaired glucose regulation,IGR),包括空腹血糖受损(IFG),
