摘要
糖尿病微血管并发症是糖尿病患者最常见的慢性并发症,也是患者致死致残的主要原因,但其发病机制尚未完全阐明,近年发现microRNA(miRNA)在糖尿病微血管并发症的发生发展中起重要作用,本综述介绍miRNA在糖尿病微血管并发症中的研究进展,为临床防治提供理论依据。
Microvascular complications are the most common chronic complications of diabetes,and also the main cause of disability and death. However, the pathogenesis has not been fully understood. In recent years, studies found that miRNA plays an important role in the development and progression of microvascular complications. This review focuses on miRNA research progress and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications.
