摘要
有效沟通对建立和谐护患关系的重要性已逐渐被医护人员所重视,但如何同患者进行及时有效的沟通却较少报道。本文根据作者长期的临床护理实践,基于护理伦理学理论,探讨了护理工作中患者治疗前及治疗过程中的沟通方式,并就护理人员同患者的语言沟通及非语言沟通方式进行了分析,提出了行之有效的护理沟通方式。
The significance of effective communication for the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship has been paid more attention increasingly, while there are very few reports focused on the ways of timely and effectively communication. In this paper, based on the nursing ethics theory, the ways of communication before and during the process of patient treatment and nursing are discussed in the light of the long-term practice of clinical care, furthermore, the ways of verbal communication and non-verbal communication between nursing personnel and patients are also analysed. Accordingly, the perfect ways to effectively communicate in the actual clinical care practice are proposed.
