摘要
本文应用凝集素检测层粘连蛋白受体(Laminin receptor,LN-R)分子中的糖基。结果表明,^(125)I标记的LN-R可与伴刀豆凝集素、麦胚凝集素、花生凝集素和蓖麻凝集素结合,且分别可被甘露糖、N-乙酰氨基葡葡糖、唾液酸及半乳糖所抑制,表明该受体含有这些糖基。此外这几种单糖以及伴刀豆凝集素对层粘连蛋白与其受体的结合呈不同程度的抑制作用。来自Lewis肺癌的糖肽可显著地抑制二者的结合。
Laminin receptor(LN-R)labelled by ^(125)I may bind with Concanavalin A (ConA), Triticum VulgareLectin(WGA), Arachis Hypogaea Lectin(PNA), Ricinus Communis Lectin-I(RCA-I). This binding wasinhibited by α-methyl-D-Mannopyronoside, N-acetyl-D-Glucosamine, N-acetyl-Neuraminic acid andD-Galactose, respectively. The above monosaccharides and ConA may inhibit the recognition andbinding of LN with its receptor to various extent. The glycopeptides isolated from murine Lewislung carcinoma have the same remarkable effect.
