摘要
从Lewis肺癌纯化的层粘连蛋白受体(Laminin Receptor,LN-R)SDS-PAGE鉴定分子量为70000的单条区带。其用高碘酸-希夫氏试剂显色阳性,说明是一种糖蛋白。等电点为4.93,属酸性蛋白质。氯仿-甲醇提取物TLC分析,提示LN-R伴有磷脂。HPTLC分析表明它伴有中性糖脂未见酸性糖脂。LN-R与LN的结合依赖于Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)的存在。LN-R可与肌动蛋白结合。
Laminin receptor (LN-R, M_r=70,000) isolated from murine Lewis lung carcinoma was shown to be asirgle band on SDS-PAGE after reduction. The present study indicates LN-R is a kind of glycoproteinby periodic-Schiff's dye. It's pⅡ is 4.93. LN-Rpreparation is associated with phospholipid and neutralglycolipid by TLC or HPTLC of chloroform-methanol extracts of LN-R, respectively, but withoutacidic glycolipid. Binding of LN-R with LN depends on the presence of Ca^(++), Mg^(++). LN-R may bindto actin.
