摘要
常规福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋后,使组织内许多有意义抗原的抗原活性减弱、消失而很难检测到。最近,许多实验室证明用微波辐射能使一些抗原的活性有所恢复。以往我们在福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织中未能染出层粘连蛋白受体。本研究结果显示将微波辐射和胰蛋白酶消化结合起来使层粘连蛋白受体显强阳性染色。高、低转移能力的细胞系、层粘连蛋白受体的染色强度无显著差异。
Many significant antigens have been difficult to detect in formalinfixed, paraffinembedded tissues. The results showed that microwaveheating together with trypsin digestion produced the best immunohistochemical staining for the laminin receptor. And there is no significant difference in the high and low metastatic cell lines and the staining strength of the laminin receptor.
