摘要
本文研究了艾氏腹水癌细胞核糖核酸(EAC-RNA)和腹水型肝癌(H22)细胞核糖核酸(H22RNA)体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明,它们能显著抑制淋巴细胞蛋白质合成,RNase能阻断其抑制活性。经Sephaclex G-100凝胶层析后得到两个主要组份,实验证明,分子量较小的第二个峰具有明显的抑制活性。
EAC-RNA and H_(22)-RNA extracted from Ehrlich ascites cells and ascites hepacarcinoma (H_(22)) cellsrespectively were tested for their effects on ~3H-Leu incorporation into murine spleen lymphocytes. Theresults showed a dose and time-dependent inhibition of the lymphocyte protein synthesis by tumorRNA. It was also observed that the inhibitory effect disappeared after enzymatic digestion of tumorRNA with RNase. When EAC-RNA was fractionated by chromatography on Sephadex G-100, twopeaks could be collected. The peak-2 with smaller molecular weight was strongly inhibitory.
