摘要
本文研究了艾氏腹水癌免疫核糖核酸(EAC-I-RNA)体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明,EAC-I-RNA能显著促进淋巴细胞蛋白质合成,此作用能被RNase所阻断。本文还用Oligo(dT)纤维素柱亲合层析法研究了EAC-I-RNA的活性组份,结果发现,PolyA(+)组份具有很强的促进活性。
Immune RNA (EAC-I-RNA) and normal RNA (N-RNA) were obtained from the spleen of mousebearing Ehrlich ascites cells and control murine spleen respectively, and then incubated in vitro withmurine spleen lymphocytes, In comparison with N-RNA, EAC-I-RNA could enhance markedly ~3H-Leuincorporation of lymphocytes. This effect disappeared when EAC-I-RNA was treated with RNase.EAC-I-RNA was fractionated by oligo(dT)-cellulose affinity chromatography. Two fractions designa-ted as A and B were eluted from the column. Only could fraction B, binding to the column andcontaining Poly A sequences, enhance the ~3H-Leu incorporation.
