艾氏腹水癌免疫核糖核酸对小鼠淋巴细胞蛋白质合成的影响及其活性组份的分离 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了艾氏腹水癌免疫核糖核酸(EAC-I-RNA)体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明,EAC-I-RNA能显著促进淋巴细胞蛋白质合成,此作用能被RNase所阻断。本文还用Oligo(dT)纤维素柱亲合层析法研究了EAC-I-RNA的活性组份,结果发现,PolyA(+)组份具有很强的促进活性。 Immune RNA (EAC-I-RNA) and normal RNA (N-RNA) were obtained from the spleen of mousebearing Ehrlich ascites cells and control murine spleen respectively, and then incubated in vitro withmurine spleen lymphocytes, In comparison with N-RNA, EAC-I-RNA could enhance markedly ~3H-Leuincorporation of lymphocytes. This effect disappeared when EAC-I-RNA was treated with RNase.EAC-I-RNA was fractionated by oligo(dT)-cellulose affinity chromatography. Two fractions designa-ted as A and B were eluted from the column. Only could fraction B, binding to the column andcontaining Poly A sequences, enhance the ~3H-Leu incorporation.
