摘要
地方高校专业设置必须紧密依托地方产业布局,实行产学研一体化的人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。惠州学院化学工程与工艺专业,从提升学生工程素质角度出发,明确了化学工程与工艺专业大学生的培养目标,在产学研教育平台建设和专业培养方案、提高学生创新能力和教师的工程实践能力等产学研教育模式方面进行了探索,并取得了一定的成绩。
The professional setting of the local college should depend on local industrial layout.The enterprise-university-research integration training mode should be carried out to improve the quality of talent cultivation.It is good for students to develop the engineering abilities.Issues were discussed and successful experience of Chemical Engineering in Huizhou university was introduced in the paper.
