摘要
泡沫镍在一些应用场合需要一定的塑性变形能力。研究有机多孔体电沉积法制备泡沫谋的具体工艺条件与所得产品延伸率关系时发现,对于氨分解气氛中980℃为时40min的烧结.其前预加一个600℃为时4min的空气烧结,以及将烧结温度降低到850℃,对最终产品的延伸率基本无影响。但在导电化处理过程中,化学镀镍最后所得产品的延伸率,明显地高于涂覆石墨基导电胶囊后所得产品。
There is some demand for plasticity of nickel foams served in some situations. Studying on the relationship between the specific preparation condition and elongation of nickel foam produced by electrodeposition, it was found that the elongation was hardly influenced by burning in air at 600 ℃ for 4 min beforehand, as well as by lowering the sintering temperature to 850℃ as for sintering in NH3 decomposition atmosphere at 980℃ for 40 min. But it was obviously higher by chemically plating Ni than by coating a graphitebase conductive colloid.. layer as to conductive treatment.
