摘要
实验分别对大米洗涤水的pH,粗蛋白,粗灰分,还原糖,淀粉,粗脂肪,矿物质(Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、K、Na、Ca、Cl、P、Se),维生素(VB2、VE)进行了测定。通过对大米洗涤水成分的测定,得到了大米洗涤水具有去污清洁、滋养美容、作动植物肥料、药用价值、清除异味五大功效。
In this experiment, we determined the rice washing water＇s ingredients respectively, like pH, crude pro- tein, crude ash, sugar, starch, crude fat, minerals （Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, K, Na, Ca, C1, P, Se）, vitamin （VB2,VE）. Through the ingredient＇s determination of the rice washing water, we obtained the rice washing water has the decontamination, hairdressing, fertilizer, medicine, deodorant five efficacies.
