摘要
深入分析了Dynaform软件在成形工步中主要控制参数的影响规律,设计了合理的试验研究方案,对自适应次数、单元角度和最大自适应等级3个控制参数的影响进行分析,找到了解决模拟结果中出现"棱线"现象的方法,对实际CAE应用具有理论指导意义。
The influence law of main control parameters in the forming process of Dyo naform software was studied and an experimental research scheme was designed in which the effect of three control paran^eters in terms of adaptive times, element angle and maxi- mum adaptive level was analyzed. The method to eliminate the ＂ridge＂ phenomenon in sim- ulation results was found.
