摘要
本文利用数值模拟技术对相同材质差厚拼焊板的冲压成形性和焊缝移动进行研究 ,分析了相同拉延深度、不同拉延方式下焊缝移动情况 ,揭示了不同拉延方式下焊缝移动的一般规律和焊缝移动量与差厚拼焊板成形性之间的关系。并提出一种控制焊缝移动的方法。
This paper takes advantage of Numeric Simulation technology to investigate the weld-line movement and formability of TWB with the same property and different thickness,analyzes the weld-line movement in three different drawing ways with the same drawing depth, and shows the normal rule of weld-line movement in different drawing ways,and the relationship between the weld-line movement and formability of TWB of different thickness. It also shows a method to control the weld-line movement.
