差厚拼焊板拉延成形工艺研究 被引量:19

摘要 为了减轻车身重量和加强汽车安全性,差厚拼焊板在车身覆盖件制造中已得到越来越广泛的应用 笔者分析了采用普通工艺对差厚拼焊板进行拉延成形时发生的主要问题———薄侧材料的起皱和焊缝的移动等,给出了消除或控制上述问题的方法 采用Ls dyna求解器,以矩形盒件为例,对其应用差厚拼焊板成形的过程进行数值模拟,比较不同的拉延工艺,得到了差厚拼焊板拉延成形的一种有效工艺措施。 In order to reduce the weight of auto?body and to improve the safety of autombiles, the tailorwelded blanks (TWB) have been used widely in the manufacture of auto?body panels. In this study, formability problems for drawing tailor welded blanks of different thickness using normal processes are analyzed. The ways to solve the above problems involving wrinkles on thinner materials and weld movements are given. At last, a box drawing case using different processes is simulated by Lsdyna to verify the effectiveness of the method and an efficient drawing process is obtained.
