摘要
采用凝汽系数法,从反平衡的角度出发,针对不同型式的加热器,通过严密的数学推导,得出了加热器压损对经济性影响的凝汽系数模型。以超超临界参数1 000MW机组为研究对象,运用所建立的凝汽系数模型定量分析了抽汽压损对该机组热经济性的影响,并将凝汽系数法模型与等效热降法模型的计算结果进行了对比,结果表明,凝汽系数法具有模型简捷、结果准确的特点。
Basing on the exhaust coefficient calculation method which is anti-balance method, Exhaust coefficient calculation mode for different heater types on extraction steam pressure loss of heater is defined and recommended by strict deduction and demonstration. Taking introduced 1000 MW unit for example, the paper analyzes the influence of extraction steam pressure loss on heat economy of unit by exhaust coefficient calculation mode and the results of exhaust coefficient calculation mode is compared with the results of positive balance method; The result shows that the exhaust coefficient calculation method is rapid, convenient and accurate.
