摘要
综合考虑机组运行方式、负荷、环境条件等因素,对加热器端差、抽汽压损、凝汽器负荷和给水温度等主要运行参数的应达值提出了相应的计算方法,并以某国产600MW机组为例进行了详细计算,分析了不同工况下应达值的变化规律和影响因素,为火电机组进行节能诊断和能损分析提供了理论依据。
The article totally considering unit operation mode, load, environmental conditions and other factors, propose corresponding calculating methods of heater's approachment, extraction steam pressure loss, feed water temperature, condenser load and other main operating parameters. And take a domestically-made 600MW unit as a detailed calculations example. Give an analysis of grant value changeing laws and impact factors under different loads, provides theoretical basis of energy-save diagnosing and energy-loss analyzing for power units.
