摘要
随着空冷机组装机容量的不断增加,其节能及优化也变得更加重要。本文以矩阵方程和等效热降的基本理论为基础,经过严格的数学推导得到一个新的热经济性矩阵方程,并以某型空冷机组为计算实例,对该方程进行了验证。结果表明该方程准确而简捷且适应性强;适于计算机程序化,可进一步研究开发热力系统计算的通用软件及能损分析在线监测系统,从而优化了空冷机组热力系统的计算。
With the constant increasing of the installed capacity, energy-conservation and optimization are becoming even more important in the air cooling units. Derived from strict mathematics, a new thermal economy matrix is obtained based on matrix and equivalent heat drop theory. The matrix is proved through an example of calculating in a air cooling units. The result indicates this equation is accurate and convenient to suit ~or computer program, and apply to research and develop universal software for thermodynamic system calculations and online monitoring system of energy consumption analysis, thus the thermodynamic system calculations of the air cooling units has been optimized.
