摘要
通过对振动流化床的动力学分析,在所设计的试验台上进行了不同振幅、频率、风速和床层厚度下酒糟的干燥试验。结果表明,用振动流化床干燥酒糟,干燥质量良好,节能效果显著。给出了工作参数适宜的取值范围。
Dynamic analysis of a vibrated fluidization bed(VFB)is presented.In an experi- mental test-stand which has six adjustable parameters,the distillery's spent grain drying ex- periment was carried out.Effect of amplitude,frequency,bed depth and air flow rate on the performance of VFB dryer was investigated.Experimental results show the practical feasibili- ty of using VFB to dry distillery’s spent grain.The reasonable ranges of working parameters are presented.
