摘要 肾小管间质纤维化(RIF)是各种原因引起的慢性肾脏病(CKD)的共同通路和主要病理特征,是判断肾脏疾病预后的最重要的组织学指标。RIF的严重程度与肾衰竭密切相关。肝细胞生长因子(HGF)可以通过不同途径抑制RIF进程。HGF被认为可作为判断RIF的发生、发展和CKD预后的重要指标,日益受到人们的关注。该文就HGF抑制肾纤维化形成的分子机制的研究进展予以综述,揭示HGF在治疗肾纤维化方面所具有的前景。 Renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis(RIF)is the common pathway and the main pathological features of chronic kidney disease(CKD)of a variety of causes.It′s the majority histological indicator to determine the prognosis.RIF severity is closely related with renal failure.HGF have a biological role on a variety of organs of different types of cells.HGF is thought to be the important indicator to determine the occurrence and development of RIF and prognosis of CKD,which are drawing growing concern.Here is to make a review on the research progress of molecule mechanism of HGF inhibiting renal fibrosis,and reveal the prospect of HGF in renal fibrosis treatment.
