摘要
通过分析高职院校科研管理模式、运行机制现状及存在的问题,对制约高等职业院校科研管理工作的思想认识、管理体制、科研团队、经费支持、激励机制等主要因素进行研究。在此基础上,提出了建设性的解决对策,以期促进高职院校科研管理工作的提升。
Through the analysis of the management mode, present mechanism situation and problems in the scientific research work in higher vocational colleges, the paper expounds the main factors of restricting the scientific research management： understanding, management system, scientific research team, financial support, incentive mechanism, etc. On the basis, it puts forward constructive countermeasures to promote the scientific research management work in higher vocational colleges.
