摘要
针对混凝土搅拌运输车空载及满载时的稳定性进行了分析,并采用转角传感器对车轮转角进行实时输入,提出了预转角的概念及理论研究方法,总结出转弯时安全车速的新计算方法,并以工程实例分析验证理论方法的正确性,为以后混凝土搅拌运输车转弯安全性的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。
This paper sets forth the analysis of the stability of concrete truck mixer with no load or full load, the angle sensor to wheel angle for real-time input, puts forward the preliminary Angle concept and theoretical research method, sums up new calculation method of the safety speed when turning, And verifies the correctness of the theory by using engineering example analysis, lays the theoretical basis for further turn safety research of concrete truck mixer.
