摘要
建立农用三轮机动车跨越障碍物的侧翻动力学模型,通过动力学理论对车辆侧翻现象进行分析。考虑减振弹簧和阻尼器的影响,推导出三轮机动车六自由度车辆动力学方程,提出其刚体侧翻运动模型。通过振动分析,得到三轮机动车行驶过程中单个车轮碰撞障碍物时各自由度以及质心的位移响应,由刚体侧翻运动分析得到其侧翻临界条件,并利用该条件分析了车辆质心位置以及后轮轴间距变化对侧翻临界载荷值的影响。
The dynamic model of side overturn was built when an agricultural tricycle spanned an obstacle. The phenomenon of vehicle rollover was analyzed by dynamics theory. Considering the influences of the springs and dampers, a six degrees of freedom dynamic equations of the tricycle was derived. A rigid rollover model of the vehicle was presented. The displacement responses of each freedom and mass center of the vehicle were obtained when single wheel spanned an obstacle. The critical conditions of the vehicle rollover were gotten by the analysis of the rigid rollover model. The effects of the location of mass center and wheelbase on the critical load of vehicle rollover were analyzed by the qualification.
