摘要
通过酯交换反应制备了聚膦酸酯,并对其结构进行了表征,核磁共振(1H-NMR)数据计算得到的聚膦酸酯数均分子量约为2250(g/mol)。将聚膦酸酯与苯甲醛、二乙烯三胺通过Kabachnik-Fields反应无催化剂制备了聚α-氨基膦酸酯凝胶,研究了凝胶吸附铜离子的性能。凝胶对铜离子的吸附为吸热过程,以化学吸附为主导;吸附动力学曲线可以用二级吸附动力学方程拟合,吸附速率主要受控于扩散过程。
Poly(oxyethylene phosphonate) was synthesized by transesterification firstly, and characterized by NMR and FT-IR. NMR results show that the molecular weight of poly(oxyethylene phosphonate) is 2250 g/mol. The a-aminophosphonate polymer gel was synthesized from diethylenetriamine, terephthalic aldehyde and polyphosphoester by Kabachnik-Fields reaction without catalyst. The gel was used as absorbent agent of heavy metal ion of Cu2+ . All the isotherm data can be well fitted by the Freundlich equations, and indicates that the absorption of Cu2 + on this gel is a chemical absorption process. The adsorption process is found to follow the second-order kinetics equation, which indicates the diffusion plays a dominant role in the adsorption of Cu2 + .
