摘要
以魔芋葡甘聚糖（ＫＧＭ）凝胶作为铜金属螯合亲和层析的载体一步亲和纯化猪血ＳＯＤ，得到电泳均一，比活为８６２２Ｕ／ｍｇ，纯化倍数为７７．８倍的ＳＯＤ，其回收率为８５．４％．探讨了魔芋葡甘聚糖凝胶作为亲和载体的可能性及前景．
KGM gel was used as substrate for chromatography,epichlorohydrin as activitor and iminodiacetic acid as ligands, then Cu was chelated to form Cu-metal chelate affinty chromatographic column. The SOD in procine red cells was purified to homogeneous in one step affinity chromatography. Its specfic activity is 8622 U/mg, yield is 85. 4% and the purification factor is 77. 8. It was discussed that it is possible that Sephadex G-200 could be substituted by KGM gel in biological macromolecule investigation.
