月矾中空栓中多指标成分的测定与质量控制 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过定量测定月矾中空栓(儿茶、苦参、青黛、血竭、蛇床子等)中多指标成分,综合评价月矾中空栓的质量。方法采用HPLC法分别测定月矾中空栓中儿茶素、表儿茶素、氧化苦参碱、苦参碱、靛蓝、靛玉红、血竭高氯酸盐,运用综合评分法控制月矾中空栓的质量。结果月矾中空栓中7个成分儿茶素、表儿茶素、氧化苦参碱、苦参碱、靛蓝、靛玉红、血竭高氯酸盐进样量分别在0.115 8~1.158μg(r=0.999 3),0.113 0~1.130μg(r=0.999 1),0.169 0~1.690μg(r=0.999 3),0.269 8~2.698μg(r=0.999 8),0.156 2~1.562μg(r=0.999 7),0.051 80~0.518 0μg(r=0.999 8),0.076 88~0.768 8μg(r=0.999 3)范围内呈良好线性关系。平均回收率(n=5)分别为100.9%,99.9%,100.5%,100.8%,100.9%,99.8%,98.2%。结论本方法能够比较全面的控制月矾中空栓的质量。 AIM To evaluate the quality control of Yuefan Hollow Type Suppository ( Catechu, Sophorae flavescentis Radix, Indigo naturalis, Draconis Sanguis, Cnidii Fructus, etc. ) through the determination of multi-index components in the preparation. METHODS The contents of (+)-catechin, (-)-epicatechin, matrine, oxymatrine, indigo, indirubin and dracorhodin perchlorate in the preparation were determined by HPLC, respectively. The preparation quality was evaluated by comprehensive score method. RESLUTS The calibration curves of (+)-catechin, (-)-epicatechin, matrine, oxymatrine, indigo, indirubin and dracorhodin'perchlorate were line- ar in the ranges of 0. 115 8 -1. 158μg (r =0. 999 3), 0. 113 0 -1. 130 μg (r =0. 999 1), 0. 169 0- 1. 690 μg (r=0.9993), 0. 2698 -2.698 μg (r =0.9998), 0. 1562 - 1.562 μg (r =0.9997), 0. 051 80 - 0. 518 0μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ) and 0. 076 88 - 0. 768 8 μg ( r = 0. 999 3 ), respectively. Their average recoveries (n = 5) were 100.9% , 99.9% , 100. 5% , 100. 8% , 100. 9% , 99.8% and 98.2% , respectively. CONCLUSION This method can be used to the quality control of this preparation.
