摘要
目的对编制的"高职护生职业选择量表"进行信度和效度检验。方法结合文献资料法和专家访谈,初步形成包含36条目的初始问卷,经过项目分析及探索性因子分析后,最终形成7个维度共28个条目的正式量表,并检验正式量表的内部一致性信度、重测信度、内容效度与结构效度。结果最终量表包括"工作环境"、"排班条件"、"重要关系"、"个人发展机会"、"福利待遇"、"单位地理特性"和"单位发展前景"7个维度共28个条目。量表总体重测信度为0.877,Cronbach’sα=0.869;内容效度指数为0.931,因子分析显示正式量表共提取出7个主成分,累积贡献率为67.157%,并且每个条目在相应因子上的负荷都达到了0.4以上。结论高职护生职业选择量表包含7个维度共28个条目,并具有良好的信度与效度。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of self-designed Career Choice Scale of High Vocational Nursing Students. Methods After literature review and expert consulting, initial scale including 36 items was developed then after item analysis and explorative factor analysis, the final scale including 7 dimensions and 28 items was established. Internal consistency reliability, test- retest reliability, content validity, and structure validity were tested. Results In the final scale, total test-retest reliability was 0.877 and content validity 0.931 with Cronbach＇s ot coefficient of 0.869. Factors analysis indicated principal components were extracted from the final scale with accumulative contribution rate of 67.157% and factor loading of each item was above 0.4. Conclusion Career Choice Scale of High Vocational Nursing Students including 7 dimensions and 28 items is with good reliability and validity.
