本科护理实习生护理岗位就业意愿影响因素的层级分析

摘要 目的分析本科护理实习生的护理就业意愿影响因素,并进行影响因素的层级划分及内部影响关系评估,为增强本科护理实习生的护理就业意愿提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年1月—6月,选取武汉市10所三级甲等综合教学医院的235名本科护理实习生作为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、护理专业学生职业选择量表和大学生专业认同问卷对其进行调查,通过单因素Logistic回归筛选本科护理实习生护理就业意愿影响因素后,基于对抗解释结构模型建模,得出影响因素层级及其之间的关系。结果选择护理专业原因、当前接触医疗活动、家庭居住地、社会影响为根源层影响因素,适切性为中间层影响因素,行为性、情感性、是否为独生子女为浅表层影响因素。结论影响本科护理实习生护理就业意愿的因素多样、所属层级不同,且其之间存在复杂的作用关系。研究结果可为护理教育者和管理者制订针对性的干预措施以壮大护理人才队伍提供靶点和视角。 Objective To analyze the factors influencing the nursing employment intentions of undergraduate nursing interns and use the Antagonistic Interpretive Structural Modeling(AISM)to classify these factors hierarchically and evaluate their internal relationships,providing a basis for enhancing the employment intention in nursing of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods Using convenience sampling,235 undergraduate nursing interns from 10 tertiary grade A comprehensive teaching hospitals in Wuhan were selected as survey participants between January 2023 and June 2023.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Nursing Career Choice Scale on Nursing Students,and the College Students Speciality Identity Questionnaire.After screening the influencing factors of nursing employment intentions among undergraduate nursing interns through univariate Logistic regression,AISM was employed to establish a model and derive the hierarchical levels of these factors and their relationships.Results The reasons for choosing the nursing major,family residence,current engagement in clinical activities and social influence were identified as root-level influencing factors.Appropriateness was categorized as an intermediate-level factor,while behavioral aspects,emotional aspects,and whether one is an only child were superficial-level factors.Conclusion The factors influencing the nursing employment intentions of undergraduate nursing interns are diverse and belong to different hierarchical levels,with complex interactions among them.The findings of this study can provide targeted insight and perspectives for nursing educators and administrators to formulate targeted interventions to strengthen the nursing workforce.
