哮喘患儿血清总IgE的检测及意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的测定哮喘患儿血清总IgE含量,探讨其在哮喘发病中的免疫学机制作用。方法收集50例哮喘急性发作期患儿及50例健康者的静脉血,采用化学发光法检测血清总IgE含量。结果实验组血清总IgE的平均值(627.80IU/mL)明显高于对照组(205.30IU/mL),且血清总IgE超常例数百分率(74.0%)也明显高于对照组(6.0%),差异有统计学意义(t=4.028,P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白E的含量与哮喘的发病密切相关。
