摘要
目的了解哮喘病的发病年龄、发病程度及与过敏性疾病的关系,了解生产方式、喂养方式、家族过敏史对哮喘发病率的影响。同时了解食物和吸入过敏原在哮喘患儿中所占的比例。方法对门诊确诊的200例哮喘患儿的发病年龄、病情程度、过敏性疾病、生产史、喂养史、家族过敏史等情况进行了调查,同时以150例保健门诊的体检儿为对照组进行个人史、家族史、生产喂养史的调查,并测定血清特异性IgE。结果92.0%哮喘病患儿6岁之前发病,轻中度患儿占93.7%。本组200例患儿中,曾患鼻炎、湿疹、荨麻疹、肠道过敏、药物过敏、食物过敏的分别为52.5%,55.5%,26.5%,1.5%,15.5%,10.5%。本组51.0%患儿为顺产儿,21%为人工喂养。本组53.7%的患儿有家族过敏史,46.6%的患儿FX5E呈阳性,50.4%的患儿Phadiatop呈阳性。结论哮喘患儿发病早,与过敏性疾病关系密切,有较强的家族遗传倾向;哮喘患儿吸入和食物过敏原的阳性率高;人工喂养与哮喘发病率的增加有一定的相关因素。
Objective To understand the relationship between the onsetage, the severtty ot asthma and the allergic disease, the influence of the way of giving birth, feeding manner, family history of allergic disease on incidence of asthma, and the proportion of food and inhale allergen in the children with asthma. Methods We investigated 200 children with confirmed asthma, including the onset of disease, the severity, the other allergic diseases, the history of birth, feeding and family, and 150 cases of healthy children as control group. We also measured serum-IgE. Results The onset age of 92. 0% patients is younger than 6 years old, 93.7% of patients were mild and moderate asthma. Among the 200 cases, 52. 5%,55. 5%, 26. 5%,1. 5%,15. 5%,10. 5% of patients with a history of rhinitis, eczema, urticaria, intestine allergy, drug allergy and food allergy separately. 51.0% of them were normal delivery, 21% were artificial feeding, 53.7% of patients had a family history of allergic diseases, 46, 6% with positive FX5E and 50.4% with positive Phadiatop. Conclusion The patients of asthma usually had a early onset age, with strong tendency of family history of allergic disease. There are close relationship between the asthma and allergic disease. The positive rate of inhale and food allergy is higher among them. tt also suggests that artificial feeding was a high risk factor.
