摘要
基于三维网状高孔率金属材料的结构特点 ,建立其简化的几何结构模型。根据该模型 ,运用有关几何与力学理论 ,导出了这种材料抗拉强度的计算公式。该公式将抗拉强度与孔率 θ通过 (1- θ)的幂次项型式联系在一起。最后 。
Based on the structural feature of high porosity metals with three dimensional reticulated shape, a simplified structural model has been established for these materials. In the light of this model, the formulas for calculating the tensile strength in terms of the porosity of material have been derived from the relative theories of geometry and mechanics. The formulas connect the tensile strength with porosity( θ ) by means of the power of (1- θ ). These formulas has been applied to the nickel foam.
