摘要
研究了深冷处理对超高强度钢 TRm80的力学性能的影响。结果表明 :深冷处理对该钢的力学及疲劳性能影响很大 ;该钢淬火后经 51 0℃× 2 h回火 +深冷处理获得较佳的综合性能。这可能与深冷处理过程中发生的马氏体分解、超微细碳化物析出以及组织细化有关。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on mechanical and fatigue properties of TRm80 steel were studied. The result showed that the cryogenic treatment can affect evidently the mechanical and fatigued properties of TRm80 steel. The quenched steel possess better comprehensive properties after the first 510 ℃×2 h tempering and cryogenic treatmenting. It is attributed to martensite decomposed, ultrafine carbides precipitated and structure fined during cryogenic treatment of TRm80 steels.
