摘要
研究了深冷处理对W18Cr4V和W6Mo5Cr4V2两种高速钢微观组织结构和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,深冷处理使高速钢刀具使用寿命显著提高,深冷处理过程中马氏体的分解及超微细碳化物的析出是高速钢力学性能得以改善的重要原因之一。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of W18Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2 steels were studied. The result shows that, cryogenic treatment can prolong service life of the high speed steel tool. Martensite decompose and ultrafine carbides precipitate in martensite in cryogenic treatment are the important course of improving the mechanical properties of high speed steels.
