摘要
我国农业和农村经济已进入了一个新的发展阶段，在新形势的要求下，各级政府要从转换经营机制入手，调整工作方法,提高工作效率，坚持“合理定位、放开放活”的原则，从宏观调控上为农业和农村经济服务为农民服务，促进农业和农村经济持续、稳定的发展。
China's agriculture and rural economy have developed into a new stage. In the new situation , governments at all levels should change working methods and raise working efficiency through mechanism transformation.. And governments should follow the principle of rational positioning and serve agriculture and rural economy by macro-administration to promote stable and sustainable development of rural economy
