污水处理系统加药泵模糊PID控制研究

摘要 结合新疆回收地膜清洗污水处理的实际需要,设计了基于PLC并结合MATLAB仿真软件的自适应模糊PID控制器以用于污水处理系统加药泵的控制,阐述了系统结构及控制原理,重点对控制策略进行了研究并确定了相关参数。实验研究证明,系统采用该方法后可以获得较好的动态和静态性能,能够提高污水处理质量,减小运行成本。 Combined with the real - life needs of recycling plastic cleaning sewage treatment in Xinjiang, this paper desiged the addptive fuzzy PID controller based on PLC and MATLAB simulation software for the control of sewage treatment dosing pump, the system structure and the control principle were discussesed, the control strategy was studied as key point and the related parameters were confirmed. Experimental study proved that better dynamic and static performance can be obtained if this method be adapted by system, meanwhile, the quality of sewage disposal will be improved and the operation cost will be reduced.
