基于S7-300的飞机机轮径-侧向压力试验台

摘要 针对飞机机轮径-侧向压力试验台的高精度和高可靠性要求,构建基于"液压系统-传感器与变送器-PLC-工控机"的硬件架构,采用模糊PID算法试验对飞机机轮径-侧向压力试验台液压比例溢流阀开度的有效控制,并在S7-300PLC上成功实现。现场运行结果表明,飞机机轮径-侧向压力试验台运行效果良好,达到预期的设计目标。 For the high reliability and high stability requirements of the aero-tyre radiallateral pressure test, the hardware architecture based on "hydraulic system-sensor and transmitter-PLC-IPC" was built, and the fuzzy PID control algorithm which was successfully realized in S7-300PLC was used to realize the control of the test bed in the control system.. The results showed that the aero-tyre radial-lateral pressure test bed had good running effect, and the test bed achieved the desired design goals.
