模糊PID控制器在炼油污水节能优化处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以炼油污水处理过程中的溶解氧为控制对象,借助仿真运算和溶解氧在线检测等实验手段,对模糊PID控制器与传统PID控制器的溶解氧控制效果进行比较,结果表明:模糊PID控制器既有模糊控制灵活、适应性强的优势,同时又具有传统PID控制精确高的特点。对于污水处理系统这种时变、非线性、大时滞复杂的控制对象,采用模糊PID控制器是一个非常好的选择,既可保证出水水质,又能节约动力消耗。 Dissolved oxygen in refinery wastewater treatment process as a control object, by means of simulation and on-line measurement of dissolved oxygen and other experimental methods, comparison, the dissolved oxygen fuzzy PID controller and conventional PID controller shows: fuzzy PID controller with fuzzy control is flexible, strong adaptability, and also has the features of control high precision of the conventional P1D. For the control object of sewage treatment system the time-varying, nonlinear, large time-delay complex, the fuzzy PID controller is a very good choice, not only can ensure the water quality, and can save power consumption.
