摘要
项目管理是伴随着社会的进步和项目的复杂化而逐渐形成的一门管理科学,在经济和社会生活中得到了广泛的应用。本文尝试将项目管理运用于继续教育培训项目的组织和管理活动,描述了项目管理的基本特性,对高校继续教育项目管理的可行性和方法进行了探讨。
Project management,accompanying complicated project progress of the society,gradually formed management science,and it is widely applied in the economic and social life.This paper attempts to apply the project management in continuing education training programs and management activities.It describes the basic characteristics of the project management and discusses the feasibility and the method about the college continuing education project management.
