摘要
在汽车企业整车项目管理中,为实现高效的管理,应用和推广"三现"是有效的实现途径。文章在阐述"三现"的起源、内涵及核心思想的基础上,通过介绍项目管理的内涵,结合实际工作遇到的问题,详细地阐述了"三现"在项目管理中推广的重大意义。最后结合项目管理日常的工作,举例说明了在项目不同开发阶段"三现"行为的体现,并介绍了有实际指导意义的"三现"表。
Application and promotion of 3G is an effective way to realize high effective management in vehicle project management. 3G is one of the efficient implementation of effective project management. This article explains the source of 3G, concept of 3G and the core of 3G, states the application significance of 3G in the project management comhined with the practical work. Finally, combined with the daily work of projeet management, the paper illustrates 3G behavior in different development stages of program, at the same time it introduces the list of 3G.
