摘要
目的比较部颁标准与《中国药典》中收载云南白药胶囊含量测定方法。方法分别使用C8与C18柱考察经两种方法处理的云南白药胶囊样品。结果两个标准均可使用C8或C18柱进行含量测定,所得含量值统计学分析无显著性差异。结论 2010版《中国药典》中C18柱代替C8柱可行,但在批次较多时,部颁标准中的样品处理方法更优。
Objective To make a comparison between gated by the Ministry of Public Health and by Pharmacopoeia. evaluation methods of Yunnan Baiyao capsules promulMethods Yunnan Baiyao capsule samples were treated according to two types of standards and analyzed by Cs and C18 column. Results Both standards could be used for the determination of the content using Cs and C18 and the content value was of little statistic significance. Conclusion The replacement of C8 column with C18 is feasible as defined in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,2010 Edition. Furthermore, the method promulgated by the ministry of public health is preferred for a large number of samples.
