摘要 随着整形美容手术的需求日益增多，如何减少术后的局部肿胀问题也逐渐成为一个讨论的热点。头面部术后的肿胀在一定程度上会影响到求美者的日常生活，如何减轻术后肿胀对于求美者和临床医生来说都是一个亟待解决的问题。头面部外科手术通常导致以组织充血、血管舒张、毛细血管透性增加为特征的组织损伤，体液在细胞间隙聚集、粒细胞和单核细胞迁移，导致毛细血管渗透压增高。
