摘要
以社会化网络服务平台为渠道的社会化招聘日渐兴起。本文选择"中国年度最佳雇主(2011)"百强提名企业为样本,采集其利用国内最具代表性的微博平台和社交网站平台发布招聘信息的频次等信息为数据,结合国内外已有研究成果,分析当前我国企业社会化招聘的应用现状,阐述这一招聘方式的基本运行机理,为企业有效利用社会化招聘提出相关建议。
At present, social recruitment through social networking services as a channel is rising. Therefore, this paper choosed "China Best Employer Award 2011", the top 100 enterprises as the samples. This paper collected recruit information frequency and so on as the data in the most famous micro-blog (Sina, Tencent) and social networking sites (Renren, Kaixin) of China. This paper used existing research results both at home and abroad, then the paper analyzed the situation of China's enterprises, analyzed its basic mechanism. And then the paper provided advice for enterprises to use of social recruitment.
