摘要
21世纪组织间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争。传统的招聘方式越来越难以满足组织和求职者的需要,网络技术的发展为新的招聘方式提供了技术基础和网络平台,网络用户数量的日益增多为使用新型网络招聘工具提供了人才来源。本文在对比WEB2.0时代社会化招聘方式和传统招聘方式特点的基础上,提出了提高社会化招聘方式效率的建议和途径。
The competition of organization is the competition for talent in the 21st century. The traditional recruitment methods are more and more difficult to meet the needs of the organization and the applicant. The development of network technology provides technical basis and network platform for the new recruitment approach. And the number of Internet users is increasing, which will provide a source of talent for the use of new network recruitment tools. Based on the contrast between organizational socialization recruitment methods in the age of WEB2.0 and traditional recruitment methods.This paper proposes the suggestions and approaches of improving the efficiency of socialization recruitment.
